When not helping his partner and wife, Carrie, run the business, Nick still enjoys working behind the chair helping his clients along their hair journey. Passionate about creating goal worthy hair, from bright platinums to effortless and dimensional colors, major transformations and everything in between, Nick goes above and beyond for everyone who sits in his chair. Drawing inspiration from music, fashion, art and pop-culture, along with an ability to really listen and clearly communicate with his clients guarantees that when you spend time with Nick, you can always count on great hair, great conversation and a lasting experience at Urban House Salon.

Carrie is the glue that holds the salon together. Having worked in the New York City fashion industry (Devil Wears Prada, anyone?) for almost a decade, you would never know it when you meet her. Carrie's warm and upbeat personality and exceptional customer care make you feel instantly comfortable and welcomed the moment you enter the salon. Setting trends instead of following them are words that Carrie lives by. Still inspired by her frequent travels to NYC and other destinations, you will always see her working to keep Urban House Salon fresh and unique.

With almost a decade of experience in the hair industry as a stylist and educator, Erin brings a wealth of experience to her work. Super friendly and down to earth, she really enjoys getting to know her clients and making sure that everyone feels comfortable in her chair. Inspired by a background in Fine Arts and with a love for fashion and trends Erin loves creating customized color and cuts tailored to each client. From soft natural color to bright beachy blondes, authentic lived in color is her specialty. When Erin isn't creating something special for one of her clients, teaching, or attending a class to further her own development as an artist, she loves spending time with her family, husband, and daughter Gloria. 

Meet Lauren! Between her friendly, outgoing personality and love of all things hair- she really knows how to make everyone feel and look their best! With over 10 years of training and experience under her belt, Lauren is inspired by the full picture and passionate about perfectly tailoring your color-cut-style- maintenance combo to your hair journey and lifestyle. From naturally inspired lived-in-color, to the latest blonding techniques, Lauren is all about showing off and enhancing the dimension in your hair. When she isn't behind the chair, Lauren can be found living her best life at the beach and spending time with her family. When you meet Melissa you are immediately drawn to her warm and thoughtful personality. Match that with her expertise and you are in for an incredible salon experience. Melissa is true a master at her craft. When she isn't planning her next travel adventure, you will probably find her at the plant store or booking a resy at a new, hip restaurant. She loves the beach and enjoys playing with her Corgi, Alfie and her Cat, Louie. Melissa is recently engaged to her Fiance, Jack. Melissa is ready to make your hair goals happen!

Quirky, edgy and authentic are a few words that come to mind when describing Gigi. With over a decade under her belt working in NYC area salons, she often pulls inspiration from music, art and nature. Bright blondes, dimensional color and razor cuts are some of her favorite techniques. Paying meticulous attention to detail and educating her clients on the process to achieve their hair goals are some of what makes Gigi a great stylist. Being a dog mom, nature and getting lost in a good book are a few things that bring her joy.

Catie is passionate about her craft and it shows. With over 11 years of experience behind the chair, Catie is all about communication and coming up with a hair plan that will properly suit her client's needs and lifestyle. Lived in color, blonding and formal styles are just some of what is in Catie's toolbox. Aside from serving up great hair, she also enjoys being a Mom, a fiance and just an overall good time!  

Fuled by passion and hairspray, Julianna is truly committed to the customer experience. She loves the creativity of hairstyling and will listen and work with her clients to help them achieve their hair goals. With 3 years of industry experience, she is always up to date with the latest trends. Jules recognizes the importance of continuing education to keep her finger on the pulse of all things hair! Celia, her rescue cat, the gym and the beach are what keeps Jules busy on her off days.

Keeley's genuine upbeat and happy personality is contagious. It will make you forget if you are having a bad day and will leave you looking forward to your next appointment. Reds and blondes are some of what she enjoys most. Getting to know her clients and their lifestyle have been key components in her success as a stylist. She is an  animal lover and penguins are her favorite. Relaxing with a good true crime show or podcast makes for time well spent. Keeley would never turn down a beach day. 

Tatyana's kindness, thoughtfulness and creativity are just a few reasons you will love being in her chair. She truly enjoys listening to her clients and getting to know them. She likes cutting just as much as coloring and lives for a big transformation! Who doesn't love a good before and after? Staying on top of the latest hair trends comes second nature so rest assured she will keep you looking your best. Her beagle, Hunter, is spoiled and he knows it. If Tatyana weren't a hair superstar, she could certainly be a Michelin award winning chef! She loves cooking and everything she makes is incredible. Self care is also important to her. Going to the gym and spending time in nature keep her grounded and inspired.
